This was my first visit to Ultimate Car Care. I made an appointment online and arrived 15 minutes early like they asked and they took care of me immediately when I got there. They were very courteous and friendly. I had my oil changed in my emissions tested. I had a very good experience and will continue to do business with them.

Great place, honest mechanics doing quality work, no upselling, just wish they didn’t pay their technicians on flat rate. Hourly paid mechanics are happier and do better work. Nonetheless, the techs are great here, tell you what they think is wrong, you get to talk to the actual technician.

I want to share how grateful I am for the honesty and professionalism I received from Hunter and the team at Ultimate Car Care. They helped me through a very stressful situation involving a serious service mistake made at another shop. My vehicle had been returned to me with no transmission fluid and five quarts of oil poured in on top of the existing oil. I had my car towed to Ultimate Car Care for diagnostics, and Hunter did a thorough, careful evaluation. What stood out most was Hunter’s integrity. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation or exaggerated the damage, but he didn’t. He was completely honest and straightforward, and he explained everything clearly. The Kwik Kar district manager even thanked Hunter personally for being truthful about the car not being damaged. That says a lot about the kind of shop this is. Ultimate Car Care has also done excellent work for me recently — they replaced the spark plugs and coils on my Forester, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. Their communication, workmanship, and customer service have all been outstanding. I highly recommend Hunter and Ultimate Car Care. They are kind, professional, and trustworthy, and they’ve earned my confidence and my business.

Had the purge valve replaced on my Fusion. Price was fair and Hunter was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend and will be back for my next issue. This is one of the few businesses I trust.
